1. Age Restriction

• We reserve the right to cancel any order and block any user if we suspect age violation or false information.

 2. Product & Compliance

• Our Products are electronic cigarettes, disposable vapes, e-liquids and accessories, intended for adult users only.
• You acknowledge that vaping products may contain nicotine, which is addictive.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession and use of our Products are legal in your country/region. We are not liable if you order Products that are prohibited or restricted locally.

 3. International Orders & Customs

• DDVAPES provides cross-border e-commerce and ships worldwide (where permitted by law).
• Customs duties, import taxes and local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are your sole responsibility.
• We do not guarantee customs clearance; delays, holds or seizures by customs are beyond our control and not our liability.

 4. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to stock availability and final acceptance by us.
• Prices shown on the Site are in USD/EUR (as displayed) and do not include taxes or customs fees.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
• Payments are encrypted and secure; we do not store full card details.
• We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, incorrect billing information, duplicate orders, or violation of these Terms.

 5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days after dispatch (excluding weekends, holidays and customs delays).
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after delivery.

 6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to health and hygiene reasons, disposable vapes, opened e-liquids and used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged or incorrect items, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• To request a return, contact our support with your order number, photos of the issue and product details.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are our responsibility if the error is ours (defect, wrong item); otherwise, return shipping is paid by you.

 7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, images, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, designs) is the property of DDVAPES or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THAT ORDER.
